Tips to High Tryout Scores

Practice makes perfect!

Visit this website daily to use all resources given.

STRETCH DAILY to get your splits. Make sure you hold each stretch for 15 secs or more.
-
Know your arm motions!! They are used in almost every move you do in cheerleading. Keep them tight, use muscle. AND make sure they are positioned right!
-
Ask for help when you need it. Leave a message on Crush's Facebook page.

Own your performance. Have confidence and bring it BIG and LOUD. Make coach remember you by your performance.

Come prepared to tryout. Wear a white top with black shorts or pants. NO JEANS!!

FamilyID MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE TRYOUTS!! IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COMPLETED FamilyID YOU CAN NOT TRYOUT!

Know your cheers and dance to tryout.
