Arm Motions [You must have this skill perfect before game performance]
This skill is VERY IMPORTANT and must be taken SERIOUSLY to be successful.
They are used in ALL of your chants and MOST of your dances.
This must be practiced for TRYOUTS. This simple skill can determine your chances on Crush.
Practice these motions daily until you become comfortable.
