Arm Motions     [You must have this skill perfect before game performance]

This skill is VERY IMPORTANT and must be taken SERIOUSLY to be successful.
They are used in ALL of your chants and MOST of your dances.
This must be practiced for TRYOUTS.  This simple skill can determine your chances on Crush.
Practice these motions daily until you become comfortable.
 

High V

When forming a High V or a half V, the inside of your fist points forward

Arms bent at the elbow to make half sized T Motion.

Half T Motion displays small donut holes.

Right Broken T

Right Broken T

Right arm in a half T [LITTLE donut hole] while left arm is straight in a T Motion. Make sure to tighten up using your muscle. Reverse arms to form a Left Broken T. This motion is called a BROKEN T because arms are different.
